***Predatory lending cases now exposed!!

The volume of predatory lending cases that are coming our way is unbelievable. Most of these mortgage loans were originated during the 2007 to 2009 time period….this is when things dried up considerably in the mortgage business….loan officers were scrambling to close business. Retail loan shops were closing loans that did not benefit the borrower at all….in many cases it has forced home owners into foreclosure. Predatory lending violations are severe in nature and carry harsh penalties from the FTC & HUD. If the case is severe enough, the ultimate ruling can be the release title lien by the lender….which means the home owner retains the home and the mortgage dissapears.
