Major problems with Ocwen & all other firms similar to them.

By Timothy Stull (http://www.fresh-start.co)

The mortgage mess just keeps getting worse.  It seems like all the major banks (B of A, Wells Fargo, etc) just don’t want to deal with the collection hassles surrounding the delinquent mortgages.  They under the watch of Big Brother (US Government) & simply are tired of spending money defending lawsuits.  Hence, they have opted to sell the distressed mortgage loans to debt buyers ~ typically at a 5% to 10% of whole value.  Ocwen leads the pack in mortgage debt buying.  However, new firms are popping up like weeds daily.  There is huge money in distressed mortgage debt buying.  The appetite in the open market is gaining more and more steam daily.  Very soon all delinquent mortgages will be held in this particular area.  The major problem with this distinct market is there are no set laws in place.  Mortgage debt buyers are notorious for padding mortgage debt and charging excessive escrow + late fees.  They essentially have no proof the that the money is due….however, they will collect on it aggressively.  Ocwen and all similar firms need to be challenged with tough representation.  Ultimately if they feel threatened with legal complaints, they will follow the rules.  We are currently working on 50+ cases v. Ocwen an similar firms.  We have been extremely successful in nearly every case.  The last two case results ended with elimination of $14,000 and $18,000 in excessive escrow and late fees!!  Both clients were obviously very happy.  Feel free to call 877.297.7011 for more information or visit www.FreshStart-MortgageSolutions.com

I am a victim of wrongfull foreclosure in 2010-2011. I have delt with every federal agency asking for help getting ina home. I am 63 years old and had my home since 1972. Worked all our lives for that home and loved it. My mod loan was denied then i get a letter stating they were returning my payment because foreclosure was started dated Oct. A few days later i get a notice to move out in 3 days. A Federal mortgage co bought my home in Sept. I was born in Long Beach CA lived here my whole life i dont know anything else. I have been living from house to house with my 10 year old dog. All i want is to have a home again where i can live the rest of my life and have all the hollidays with family and friends. Everyone came to my house for fourty some years and i think its a disgrace to our country what they have done to myself and others. Please let me know who can help me get some peace in my life again.
    Thank You
